How quickly can we expect our media to be completed?Our goal is to have a 24 hour turnaround, but we understand that there could be delays and will communicate these to you during every step of the process.

Will we always have access to media i.e. photos and videos?We will archive all media for short period of time and you will have immediate access to them via the internet, which will allow you to download them for use.

Where are you located?We are located in the greater Charlotte, NC area, but we can service other areas based on your need and we will take the opportunity to discuss your need should you choose to allow us to provide service for you.

Is there a travel fee?Yes, there are travel fees and they are based on the distance of your project, we will discuss them in detail with you as we move forward to provide your service, just to inform you of what is included.

What is the furthest you travel?What is the furthest you travel? We service the local Charlotte area, but we are open to servicing clients where their needs are, but as we discuss projects, we will talk about the travel fees associated with the project when we meet.

What if I don’t use the pictures I purchase?; Can I sell them to someone else?The pictures are yours once payment is completed, we would hope you respect our proprietary work and not try to benefit on our reputation and use integrity when handling the products we have provided.

What is the difference between a Matterport 3D/Zillow and a 3D Floorplan?They are similar, but because of proprietary software and platforms, each has its own strengths and can provide an agent with the necessary tools to allow their clients virtual access to listings without having to be available twenty-four hours a day.
